Terms of Service

LiveMath is a personal finance organization tool. It helps you record, import, categorize, review, and organize information about accounts, expenses, income, cards, loans, assets, insurance, rewards, goals, and financial notes.

LiveMath is not a bank, financial adviser, tax adviser, legal adviser, investment adviser, broker, accountant, or insurance adviser. Information in the app is provided for personal organization and convenience only.

You must be old enough to use LiveMath under the laws that apply to you and able to agree to these terms. If you use LiveMath for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method, devices, backups, and account information secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or backup has been compromised.

You are responsible for checking your records, imports, calculations, categories, reminders, balances, reports, AI-assisted outputs, and any decisions you make using LiveMath.

You should confirm important information with the original source, such as your bank, card issuer, insurer, employer, tax professional, financial adviser, or other qualified professional before making financial, tax, legal, investment, or insurance decisions.

Where local-first storage is enabled, your financial records are stored on your device by default. Local browser or device data may be lost if your browser, operating system, storage tools, device settings, app reinstall actions, or you clear that data.

You are responsible for exporting or backing up your LiveMath data. LiveMath may provide optional encrypted exports or backup features, but you should not rely on local storage as your only copy of important records.

LiveMath may work with optional third-party services, including Google Drive for private backups, Supabase or similar providers for authentication and account services, app stores for subscriptions and purchases, and AI or import providers for user-selected document or text processing.

Those services may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, limits, outages, and account requirements. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms.

If you connect a third-party service, you are responsible for keeping that account active and for managing permissions, backup files, cancellations, and service settings with that provider.

LiveMath may offer free features, paid subscriptions, trials, in-app purchases, or app store purchases. The available plans, pricing, renewal rules, cancellation options, and refund handling may depend on where and how you purchase.

You are responsible for managing cancellations before renewal dates. If you buy through an app store or payment provider, their billing and refund rules may apply.

You may not use LiveMath to break the law, harm others, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, abuse trials or payments, or misuse third-party integrations.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, resell, copy, or modify LiveMath except where allowed by law or by written permission from LiveMath.

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of LiveMath as the app evolves. We aim to keep LiveMath reliable, but the app may sometimes be unavailable, delayed, inaccurate, or interrupted.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for LiveMath or other users, abused trials or payments, or used the app unlawfully.

LiveMath is provided as is and as available. To the extent allowed by law, we do not make warranties that LiveMath will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose.

You remain responsible for your own records, decisions, devices, exports, backups, and use of information from LiveMath.

To the extent allowed by law, LiveMath will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost backups, financial loss, business interruption, or decisions made using the app.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

We may update LiveMath or these terms as the app changes. If changes are material, we will try to provide reasonable notice through the app, website, or account-related communications.
